The Plymouth Visual Arts Consortium is an association of individuals and organisations brought together by a shared vision for the visual arts in Plymouth. Selected members (Plymouth College of Art, Plymouth Arts Centre, Plymouth City Museum and Art Gallery, Groundwork South West and Peninsula Arts, University of Plymouth) have joined forces with the Centre for Contemporary Art and the Natural World, Haldon Forest Park, Exeter, to host a multi-venue exhibition called The Animal Gaze early in 2009.
