Many organisations, large and small, across the UK are planning an incredible variety of events to celebrate the life and legacy of Charles Darwin.
From conferences and exhibitions to graphic novels and dramatic performances, there is something for everyone from scientists to young children.

An Advocacy Panel has been set up to promote Darwin200 to key stakeholders.
Activities based on Darwin's first interest in chemistry include how Darwin got to be Darwin in collaboration with Sedgwick Museum for Key Stages 2 and 3, a workshop about colours and dyes for Key Stage 1, and a focus on biodiversity for February half term.
